Since we haven't finalized your shipping rates yet, I don't want to put specific dollar amounts or promise exact delivery dates. We can make this accurate now and update it once the scale arrives and we finish Shopify shipping.

Geeked Out Collectibles ships orders within the United States. Orders are carefully packaged to help protect your collectibles during transit.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, or special releases.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the available shipping options for your order. Rates may vary depending on package size, weight, destination, and shipping method.

Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipping label is created.

Collectible Packaging
We take care when packaging collectibles for shipment. Items are packed using appropriate protective materials based on the size and type of product. Whenever possible, product listings include photos of the exact collectible being sold so customers can review its condition before purchasing.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Damage or Problems
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has another shipping-related problem, please contact us as soon as possible. Please retain the item, product packaging, shipping box, and packing materials and provide photographs so we can evaluate the issue.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
